I have applied for a BSNL unlimited broadband connection a month ago and the BSNL bastards have not given me the username and password yet. BSNL Sucks!!

it is since one month,dataone bsnl broadband for home users scheme-rs.250-igb.but till date i am denied of being issuing a 'password'to know thw usages.
contacting the concerned authorities have not yielded anything exept'wait-for -few-days'answer.
the internet connection was given on 22nd nov.2007 and bsnl have charged the whole rs.250/=,instead of charging for just 8 days.this is an unfair practice and should be brught to the notice of concerned officer.
please issue a new user name and password since with the the present one it is not possible to log in to see broad band account.

I have a bsnl 250 Rs. home plan.
I want to know that what is the charge of 1 MB on bsnl broadband in 250 Rs. plan.
I have got BSNL combo broad band service w.e.f 20th may 2009 .for Rs.299/-p.m with 1gb usage but the server most of the remain out of service hece cheking of usage canot be checked.I am afraid the billing of my telephone does not go out of proportion, please suggest me some prevetive method .I wish there should be some alert mode for the user on the screen for our safety. Connection shows speed as 100mbps but actuly it works so slow that you may take a nip till nex screen activates. Nothing happens even if you complaint exept that computer is formated and previous setting are also lost. PLEASE DO SOME THING FOR SPEED. Thanks.
